Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the e-bike or accessory in its original factory packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply for non-defective items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
